Happy Nonprofit Clinic

As the founders of several successful businesses and nonprofits, the Patel brothers, their family and friends have wide experience in startups, nonprofit management and leadership, and fundraising. The Happy Nonprofit leadership and startup mentorship initiative will select community projects from across the United States for mentorship and will help startup founders file for exempt status with IRS pro bono. 

Since the program’s inception in 2018, we have helped over 59 organizations across the United States file for exempt status with IRS
