Congresswoman Johnson and Lisa Ritter to chair 2019 Global Citizen Awards Gala

Wednesday, May 1, 2019: The board of Directors at the Happy World Foundation Inc. is thrilled to announce US Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson and Lisa Ritter, President, American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) as the chairs of our 2019 Global Citizen Awards Gala to be held on Saturday, September 7 at the Embassy Suites in Dallas, Texas.

Other host committee members include US Congressman Colin Allred, Linda Egnatz, Executive Director, Global Seal of Biliteracy and Zoe Weil, President, Institute for Humane Education.
